Privacy Policy

This site is intended for parents and guardians in the United States. It is not directed to children, and we ask children not to submit information through it. Any child-facing features in the future product will be introduced separately with appropriate parental consent.

We only collect what a parent chooses to type into a form on this site:

• Early Access form: parent email address and the child’s grade level (5–8).
• Founding Parent form: parent first name, parent email address, the child’s grade level, and the parent-selected primary goal.
• Payment: if you make a Founding Parent payment, our payment processor collects your payment details. We receive confirmation of payment status and basic transaction references — never your full card number.
• Basic site analytics: an anonymous, randomly generated browser identifier, the page visited, referring page, and any marketing source parameters in the link you clicked.

• No child name, child email address, birthday, school, or photos.
• No child accounts and no direct child sign-ins.
• The 3-Minute Math Learning Check is parent-administered. It does not collect your child’s name or email and does not store typed child answers — the questions and results stay in your browser.
• We do not run advertising on this site and we do not use child data for targeting.

• To contact you about Early Access, launch timing, and your Founding Parent status.
• To process and confirm a Founding Parent payment.
• To understand, in aggregate, which parts of the site parents find useful so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

We use third-party providers to run this site: a hosting and application platform, a managed database service for storing form submissions and anonymous site analytics, an email delivery provider for messages we send you, and Stripe for payment processing. These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

We keep parent contact details while you are on our Early Access or Founding Parent list, and payment records for as long as required for accounting and refund purposes. You may ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information you submitted, or to unsubscribe from our emails.

To ask a question, request a copy of your information, or ask us to delete it, contact Haruven using the contact details published on our website. We respond to parent requests as quickly as we reasonably can.

When the Haruven product launches, any collection of child-related learning data will be described in a separate product privacy notice and will require appropriate parental consent before it begins. Nothing on this site creates a child account.

As we build toward launch, this policy will change. We will update the date at the top of this page when it does.
